His journey into chair yoga began due to his own flexibility limitations, and he was determined to create a practice suitable for individuals with varying abilities, especially seniors.

His qualifications include certifications in Active Aging, YogaFit, YogaFit Senior, YogaFit Props, and a 200-Hour Yoga Certification. Beyond fitness,
Andre is also an accomplished artist and author with a wide range of published works spanning various genres.
