Ready to stretch, strengthen, and smile — all from the comfort of your own home? My live Chair Yoga classes on Zoom are designed for real people with real bodies, and you don’t need to be flexible or experienced to join in. Whether you’re just getting started or have been doing yoga for years, these classes are gentle, safe, and surprisingly fun!

Each 45-minute class combines a variety of simple yet effective movements to help you build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility. We move together while seated in a sturdy chair and also use the chair for support during standing poses. Here’s what to expect:


💺 Sitting & Standing Poses
We begin seated with breath and gentle stretches to wake up the body. Then, for those who are able, we transition to some chair-supported standing poses to build confidence and balance. No pressure — everything is optional!

🧱 Yoga Blocks
Yoga blocks help bring the floor up to you. We use them under the feet, between the knees, or in our hands to enhance stretches and improve posture.

🟢 Bands or Straps
Resistance bands or yoga straps are great for increasing flexibility and strength — especially in the shoulders and legs. I’ll guide you through creative ways to use them safely and effectively.

🏋️ Light Weights
We incorporate small hand weights (or soup cans!) for seated strength work. It’s a low-impact way to build upper body strength — think biceps, shoulders, and core.

📺 Live on Zoom — No Driving, No Pressure
All you need is a chair, a little space, and a stable internet connection. Classes are friendly, interactive, and easy to follow.
